How To Password Microsoft Documents.




Everyone has its own privacy, so Here i will teach you how to password protect your microsoft document which you dont want any one to spy on without the use of any software.

Enough of stories and lets go straight to the point.

Follow the steps below to learn how to Password protect your Microsoft Documents:

1. Open the Microsoft Document you wish to Secure with a Password.

2. Click on Tools, Options, Security, [or General Option if you are Using Microsoft Word 2007] Then Enter the Password you will like to Use into the 2 Box provided and then click on OK. Your Document is now Secured!

NOTE>>>
Anytime you want to Open the File, You will be Prompted Twice to Enter a Password before it can Open. So anytime you want to share the Document with your Love ones, You must give them the Password to Open it.
