Helpful Hint On Solving Minor Problems With PC

If you encounter some minor problems with your computer, monitor, or software , refer to the following list of general suggestions before taking actions:::
1. Check that the computer and monitor are plugged into a working electrical outlet.
2. Check to see that the computer is turned on and the green power light is on.
3. Check to see that the monitor is turned on and the green monitor light is on.
4. Turn up the brightness and contrast controls of the monitor if the monitor is dim.
5. Press and hold any key. If the system beeps, then your keyboard should be operating correctly.
6. Check all cable connections for loose connections or incorrect connections.
7. Reconfigure your computer after installing a non-plug and play expansion case or other option.
8. Be sure that all the needed device drivers have been installed. For example, if you are using a printer, you need a printer driver.
9. Take out all Cd from the Cd/DVD Rom when you turn on your system...........
